Welcome to Flawless Aesthetics. We have outlined the terms on which Flawless Aesthetics provides services to its clients. It is important that you read and fully understand these before any treatments take place. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to speak to a member of our team.
- 1.Every client has the option of a free Consultation without obligation. This consultation is for the length of 20 minutes . Should the Consultation overrun into the next 20 minutes this is chargeable at £20.
- 2.Treatments duration that last longer than 30 minutes to 1 hour or an high cost treatment, require a deposit of 20% of treatment cost.
- 3.Payment will not be taken until a full Consultation is carried out and the treatment has been agreed by Flawless Aesthetics and the Client.
- 4.24 hours notice of cancellation or to reschedule an appointment is required. Should required notice not been given any deposit taken to cover the appointment will not be refundable.
- 5.A deposit is required for high cost and long duration treatments.
- 6.All our Beauty Therapists are well qualified and insured and our services have been approved by “safe face” for safety and good standards of care. Our Nurses are registered with NMC with regular updates and fully insured.
- 7.Flawless Aesthetics do not guarantee continued treatment with a named nurse, although Flawless Aesthetics will endeavour to accommodate continuity of care where possible.
- 8.As an existing client if you cannot attend your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice in order to reassign your appointment time to another client.
- 9.Flawless Aesthetics ask that you arrive five minutes before your allotted appointment time in order to complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced. If you are running late it is important to contact the clinic so we can try and alter your appointment accordingly. If you are late your appointment may be delayed by further appointments being seen on time.
- 10.Flawless Aesthetics will use its best endeavours to ensure that your appointment runs to time, however there may be times when for reasons beyond our control your appointment is delayed. Very occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to cancel your appointment at short notice. In the unlikely event that this becomes necessary we will make every attempt to contact you to inform you of the fact and to rearrange your appointment for a mutually convenient time. We do not offer compensation if it is necessary for us to cancel your appointment.
- 11.Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparations you might need to make prior to treatment taking place.
- 12.Patch testing for treatments such as Waxing, Tinting, Tattooing Nano Fraction and Lashes will need to be carried out at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Failure to make any such preparations may result in your treatment being delayed, your treatment time being reduced or extra costs being incurred.
- 13.Unless you have purchased a course of treatments all treatments must be paid for at the time of the appointment and proof of your ability to pay may be required prior to any treatment taking place.
- 14.If you have booked and paid for a course of treatments and subsequently are unable to complete the course, it is under Flawless Aesthetics discretion should a voucher be produced with the outstanding balance to be redeemed at a later date or on a different treatment or passed on to a third person as a gift.
- 15.I understand that Flawless Aesthetics reserves the right to refer non-payments to debt collection agents.
- 16.A contract is for a specific number of treatments and all treatments must be taken within six months of the date of purchasing the course of treatment. Should six months lapse the client will lose the remaining balance of treatments unless evidence of exceptional circumstances for the delay in taking the treatment.
- 17.We will always assess your suitability for treatment prior to any treatment being carried out. If we consider that you are unsuitable for the treatment you have enquired about, or if we consider that the treatment is likely to be unsuccessful we will inform you of the fact and the reasons why we have reached this conclusion. In these circumstances you will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation where applicable.
- 18.It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Flawless Aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Flawless Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
- 19.The client is responsible for carrying out appropriate post treatment precautions as advised at the consultation, failure to do this may result in infections and worsening symptoms for which Flawless Aesthetics will not take liability for.
- 20.We will not tolerate aggressive or disrespectful behavior, vandalizing of the property and filming without permission within the premises.
- 21.We welcome families with children as long as they are well supervised at all times and not causing disruption to any other clients or staff.
- 22.Flawless Aesthetic works on room rental basis with a small number of Individual Therapists who are fully responsible for their own practice and individually insured. Any complaints or enquires should be directly addressed with the Practitioner who has carried out the procedure. For whom details are on their profile page.
- 23.Maximum 2 people are allowed within a treatment room whilst a treatment is being carried out.
